Teddy

Stuffies, snuggles, strolls, and snackers. These are Teddy’s top priorities--who’s ready to give the man what he wants?! Teddy is a delightful senior with plenty of pep in his step. He is the epitome of a flexible energy, easy come easy go kind of dog. Want to hit the neighborhood for a stroll? Teddy’s in, ready to sniff all the smells on the way. But if you need to get some focused work done, Teddy can happily entertain himself with his pile of stuffies (this guy loves a good chew!) or snooze on the couch while you’re out. To round out the day, you can expect Teddy to be right by your side for dinner prep, complete with taste tests--he hopes to be a key player at Thanksgiving dinner!

Teddy has been a wonderful friend to many volunteers and foster parents and is an equal opportunity snuggler. He’s an absolute gem! We think Teddy would be completely content ruling the roost as the only pet, but with a well matched dog and slow intro, could potentially go home with another medium or large dog.

About 9 years old and 57 pounds, Teddy is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and knows his basic commands.
