Sawyer is a big lunk with a whole lotta love to give! Sawyer loves to keep busy, whether it’s by going on walks, playing with other dogs, learning new tricks and skills with his foster family, or playing with his toys. Sawyer is always eager to learn something new. He might even throw his entire arsenal of tricks at you when he wants a treat!

Sawyer recently received 6 weeks of training at Lancaster State Prison with our friends at Paws For Life. There, he made tons of friends and polished his leash skills and manners. His trainers said they loved how affectionate he was--and we couldn't agree more! Sawyer loves to lean into his people for a good booty scratch, and really enjoys walks and play time with his friends. Sawyer really enjoys other dogs (watching this goofball wrestle in playgroups is a real treat!) and would love to join your existing pack, but he’d also be fine as your one and only with plenty of play dates scheduled with friends.

About 1 1/2 years old and 75 pounds, Sawyer is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and working on his basic commands.
