Owen is a sweet lowrider of a guy we pulled from the South LA Shelter. He came to us with a pretty bad case of pneumonia, but we had a lovely foster home where he could recover. Owen is affectionately nicknamed "Bug" because of his round head and beautiful round eyes.
Owen was on the shyer side when he first came to us, but he is becoming more confident everyday. As he comes out of his shell, we have found his love for playtime with well-matched dogs. Owen would best be suited in a home with another compatible dog where he can continue to build his confidence and flourish as a part of his new family.
