Mama Mousekewitz

Mama Mousekewitz’s foster family says if she could have a job, “she’d probably own her own bakery or coffee shop so she could gab with all the locals.” She quite enjoys people and loves to spend her time relaxing with her foster family. But she’s also happy to pop into her crate for a nap, or curl up on her dog bed (or the human bed, shh) when you need to get some work done. When you’re ready she’s happy to hit the streets for a fun walk, where she’ll show off her pleasant leash skills!

Now that she’s let go of her motherly responsibilities to her puppies, Mama Mouskewitz is making more time in her schedule for things like zoomies, snuggles, belly rubs, and toys. She’s loving her new life as an independent dog. When she’s happy, she likes to pick up a toy or bone to show off to her foster parents. And when you’re apart, you’ll hear her tail thumping from a room away when she hears you coming back to reunite with her!

Mama Mousekewitz recently made her playgroup debut and had so much fun! We think she would quite enjoy a home with another well matched, playful dog, but would also be perfectly happy as your one and only with room on the calendar for play dates!

About 2 years old and 50 pounds, Mama Mousekewitz is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and knows her basic commands.
