Cheddar

Everything’s better with Cheddar! As his name suggests, this boy is pure cheesy goodness--he’s the perfect addition to practically anything. He’s taking in all the sights and sounds of the world--his foster says that every time they go out for a walk, he looks at her as if to ask, “Am I doing this right?” All he wants is to know he’s “dogging” the right way!

Cheddar enjoys walks, hikes, and hanging out with his favorite people. He’s ready to try lots of new things to find out what else he might like in life, too! Cheddar may have a future as a fetch star, showing aptitude at chasing the ball in a very endearing, pouncy Tigger type way. He’s always got an excited look on his face about life, and he’s ready for you to show him all the good stuff.

Cheddar loves playing with other gentle playful dogs, and makes us crack up with his dainty ballerina play bows and spins as he frolics with the other dogs. He’s met large and small dogs and has done well with both. We think he would quite enjoy a canine buddy, though he’d probably be happy as your one and only with some playdates on his schedule, too.

About 2 years old and 65 pounds, Cheddar is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and knows his basic commands.
