Jax Is Adopted!

Jax's family first met him at the NKLA Adoption Event late in the day on Sunday. They filled out an adoption form and the adoption process was completed after the event. When Jax arrived in his new home, he immediately laid at his new mama's feet while best practices for Jax's transition and introduction to his new home - crating, walking, dog parks - were discussed. His new mama even prepared a list of questions for us!

When Jax's young sister came home, she immediately took control of his leash and lead him on a guided tour of the house. He was incredible with her, just following behind her where ever she wanted him to go. Apparently, she made a countdown calendar to the day when Jax would arrive at the house, and officially declared that he was her dog. Jax is pictured below with some of his new happy family.
