Genie's Success Story

Genie's (fka Birdie) dad contacted ACPB with interest in adopting one of our dogs. We decided that Birdie could be a great fit, and sent him to the NKLA Pet Adoption Center to meet her. Genie instantly climbed in his lap, kissed him, and they were an instant match.

Genie shares a small house with her dad, roommates, and a kitty roommate named Slava. The house has an awesome patio and a yard, and Genie is just in heaven there. The household is very social, Genie loves meeting everyone who passes through for a visit; she also enjoys time in her crate when everyone is gone.  She also gets to accompany her dad to his dog-friendly office for work.

We are confident that Genie has found her forever home with a committed family. We were hoping Slava would want to be in the family photo, but he's a typical cat ... so that didn't happen.
