Elliot Has Been Adopted!

Elliot's family met us at the NKLA Super Adoption weekend with the intent of meeting a dog to foster. Due to their busy schedules, they felt they were not ready to commit to adopt. Elliot was already in a great foster home, so shortly after the event, we reached out to let them know that he was still available for adoption.

They had seen Elliot before via his online profile and were open to meeting him on one of our pack hikes. They committed to adopting him just days before his new mama's dissertation! They are very dog savvy and Elliot's canine sister is such a good girl and knows may tricks and commands. They certainly expect him to do the same - we know he has this in the bag! He is settled in with his new family and they love him so much already.

Side Note: We were telling Elliot's new family his rescue history, and his new mama realized she had seen him online at the West LA Shelter. Apparently, she had even gone so far as to day dream about a new name for him - this adoption was meant to be!
