Dixie Was Adopted via the NKLA Pet Adoption Center!

Dixie's mama has enjoyed the company of another rescued pit bull for 7-8 of years now as her roommate's pet. Her roommate recently announced that they were moving to another city and Dixie's mama was faced with the reality of not living with a dog in the house anymore. She got online to searched for pit bulls rescues and found ACPB. She went to the NKLA Pet Adoption Center to visit Dixie and decided that she was perfect addition to her household.

Dixie now lives in Playa del Rey, and is settled in nicely. She enjoys the dog-friendly beach just steps from her new home, and likes to meet other dogs and people in the neighborhood. We think Dixie looks pretty happy about her adoption!
