Dorothy
Meet Dorothy and just try not to smile--this goofy girl is a total love bug and will have you cracking up with her physical comedy routine. This friendly, smiling, loving girl has been making friends all over town since joining our program from the South LA shelter.
In between trying to convince her foster family that she’s actually a 10 lb lap dog, Dorothy enjoys hanging out in her crate and staying busy by chewing on her tank bone or enjoying a frozen peanut butter kong. Her foster family reports that she’s lovely to walk on leash and likes to check in frequently to make sure everyone’s having a good time.
Dorothy has enjoyed living with canine foster siblings large and small, and we think she would make a great addition to a family with or without dogs. About 3 years old and 60 pounds, Dorothy is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and working on her basic commands.
