Idaho Dogs: Helena, Hershey and Granny
Last month, an animal cruelty case involving 63 pit bulls was discovered in Idaho when authorities came upon a triple homicide. Bad Rap flew to Idaho to support the Idaho Humane Society in the process of evaluating and rehoming the dogs. Lori Fusaro joined Bad Rap and photographed the entire experience. Thanks to the amazing work of these caring individuals, and our team of fosters and volunteers, we were able to take three of the dogs. Last week Hershey, Granny, and Helena boarded their private plane, flown by Dog is My Co-Pilot, and headed off to join their new family - Angel City Pit Bulls.
Watch this heartwarming video of Hershey, Helena and Granny getting their Angel City Pit Bulls' official collars.
We are inspired by the way so many people have come together to help these animals in need.
